Camden Goods Yard Planning Framework

Have your say on Camden Goods Yard Planning Framework

Residents and interested parties are encouraged to make their views known on the council’s draft Camden Goods Yard Planning Framework.

The framework sets out a vision and key objectives for this area of the borough. It is intended that the planning framework will be adopted by the Council as a Supplementary Planning Document. It will help guide any future development and will be an important consideration when assessing planning applications.

With the potential that significant redevelopment may occur in this area in the coming years, the council wants to ensure a coordinated approach is taken. This should include delivering new and affordable homes, jobs, new open space and facilities, whilst providing an integrated and attractive place to live and work.

The consultation will run until Thursday 18 May 2017. You can access the relevant information and find out how you can respond online at www.camden.gov.uk/camdengoodsyardpf

You can also come along to one of the council’s drop in sessions, where you will be able to view the draft document and discuss the planning framework with officers:

  • Tuesday 25 April, 1.30 to 3.30pm at the Pirate Castle, Oval Road, London, NW1 7EA
  • Wednesday 26 April, 6 to 8pm at the Pirate Castle, Oval Road, London, NW1 7EA

All are welcome to attend.
