Come join me for a FREE weekly Hatha Vinyasa yoga class
Primrose Hill Community Centre. 7:30 – 8:30pm every Thursday in the Lower Hall
YOGA is a great way to improve flexibility and strength whilst also calming the mind and increasing self-awareness. It reminds us to live more fully in the present, with an open heart, trusting that we are exactly where we are meant to be in any given moment.
If you have ever wanted to give it a try but have felt a bit daunted by what it might entail or discouraged by the cost, now is your chance to show up on the mat!
This class is open to everyone, with absolute beginners welcome.
I will commence with 3 taster classes – 11th, 18th and 25th of July.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring your own mat.
Regular weekly classes commencing 6th September onwards.
