Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) are a novel but effective tool for helping the body to let go of deep patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The simple exercises produce a natural involuntary shaking which gradually releases muscular tension and calms the nervous system. Over time they can help us resolve difficult history, build resilience and live a more embodied life.
