DESCRIPTION:The session is aimed at people with dementia or other neurologi
 cal conditions and their carers. We are also actively looking for voluntee
 rs to help with the session\, if interested email mick@phca.cc.\n\nSingin
 g can improve your brain activity\, wellbeing and mood\, and you don’t n
 eed to be a good singer to benefit.\n\nJoin us to:\n\n 	do fun vocal warm-
 ups and sing a wide variety of familiar and new songs\n 	express yourself\
 , feel positive and make new friends\n 	feel supported by our skilled\, co
 mpassionate and experienced staff who are available to support you with an
 ything you need\n\nEvery Tuesday (in term time) from 3pm to 5pm.\n\nFrom 3
  to 3.30pm we will open our café for tea and cakes (and chat)\, 3.30 to 4
 .30pm is the singing session\, and then from 4.30 to 5pm we shall socialis
