Event Terms & Conditions for PHCA Run Event Bookings

Tickets for all events are subject to the following terms and conditions (‘Terms &  Conditions’) 

In these Terms & Conditions ‘we’, ‘our’ and ‘PHCA’ means the Primrose Hill Community  Association and ‘Event’ shall mean the event for which you are purchasing tickets. 

1. Booking and Payment 

  1. The Event bookings must be made through our official booking system or via an  approved booking form. 
  2. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place at the Event. 3. Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received and you have agreed to  these Terms & Conditions. 

2. Refund Policy 

1. We do not provide refunds if you choose to cancel your booking.

2. The only exception is if PHCA cancels the Event, in which case a full refund will  be issued. 

3. No refunds or compensation will be given for non-attendance. 

3. Transfers and Substitutions 

1. If you are unable to attend, you may, subject to our prior approval, request to  transfer your booking to another eligible individual. 

2. We reserve the right to refuse a transfer request at our discretion.

4. Cancellation by the Association 

1. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Event at our discretion, including  but not limited to: 

  • Insufficient bookings 
  • Health and safety concerns 
  • Circumstances beyond our control  
  • If we (at our discretion) determine the Event will negatively affect the  reputation of PHCA or breach legal requirements 

 2. If we cancel the Event, you will receive a full refund of any ticket price paid.

5. Photography and Publicity 

1. Please note that photography and video may be taken during the Events for use  in our promotional materials, publications, website, and social media channels. 2. If you do not wish to appear in any photographs or videos, please inform a  member of staff or the event organiser upon arrival. We will make reasonable  efforts to ensure you are not included in images used for publicity purposes

6. Alcohol & Food Policy 

1. Unless expressly permitted in the booking form: 

• where alcohol and/or food is to be sold at the Event, you must not bring your own alcohol and/or food onto the premises and: 

• only alcohol and food purchased at the Event may be consumed on site. 2. If you bring in outside alcohol or food to the Event when not permitted you may  be asked to leave and may be refused entry to future Events. 

7. Liability 

1. The Association accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal property  brought to the Event. 

2. Participation is at your own risk. Please ensure you are fit to attend and  participate in the Event as appropriate. 

8. Animals 

1. No animals may be brought to the Event except guide dogs and other support  animals that are required to be permitted by law. 

9. Additional Terms 

The booking form for the Event may contain additional terms and conditions specific to  the Event and where this is the case such terms and conditions form part of these Terms  and Conditions for the Event. 

10. Data protection 

1. Personal information provided during the booking process will be handled in  accordance with our Privacy Policy and relevant data protection laws. 

11. Agreement 

1. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to  bide by these Terms and Conditions.
