Adelaide Community Garden Club

Adelaide Community Garden Club runs Primrose Hill’s community garden.
Adelaide Community Garden is a secret one acre garden (hidden behind the houses of Adelaide Road)… a changing tapestry of 43 alĺotment plots, woodland, ponds, flower beds, clubhouse, sheds, greenhouses and an apiary.

The Club was formed almost 50 years ago as a City Farm for local residents.

No longer a City Farm, the Garden Club is now registered as a Cooperative, a limited company, for the benefit of its members and the local community. It has been featured by BBC TV several times, including when it was awarded a Royal Horticultural Society silver medal and it currently has a National Garden Scheme grant.

Whether with a view to holding an allotment plot.. or helping in the garden.. (eg tending the Club’s communal flower beds..
or managing the woodland).. or just visiting to sit in the sun and meet other members.. the Club invites all local residents with an interest in gardening to join… initially as (key-holding) Associates.

To apply please click this button and submit your contact details via the Club’s online application form… and  transfer £15 into the Club’s bank as your annual subscription..

Click to join the Garden Club as an Associate (@ £15pa)

As an Associate you will then receive the Club’s monthly email Newsletter (with links to informative blogs)  which will notify you about future events… including meetings, workdays and the Club’s annual Open Day in June.
