“Noise on now° – Reported directly to the response service. A daily response officer is available so that a visit can be made when the noise is occurring to witness noise.
PLEASE NOTE THE RESPONSE SERVICE OPERATING TIMES
”Noise not on now” – A pollution officer will contact you to provide advice on the issue. This may include arranging proactive visits to assess the noise if it occurs at a predictable time, or asking you to report the noise when it is occurring so that a response officer can visit
