This yoga class will encourage you to move with awareness and precision, holding postures for long enough to enquire into the subtleties of the experience. While slower than some styles of yoga, these classes aim to foster strength and mobility, at times encouraging fluid, playful movement.
As well as being anchored by the breath, the practice is informed by an understanding of anatomy, physiology and key principles of alignment, while touching on aspects of the yoga tradition.
