Gardening for Mental Health – Nichola Daunton

Growing mental wellbeing: how gardening can help us heal 

Known to improve mental health, physical health and reduce stress levels, is there anything gardening can’t do? Nichola will be discussing the proven benefits of gardening for our mental wellbeing, and how reconnecting with nature can improve our day-to-day lives.

Nichola is a community gardener, veg grower and environmental educator. She has been a community gardener in Camden for 5 years and runs a variety of gardening workshops in-person and online, including workshops in partnership with the NHS Camden and Islington Recovery College.
